The Statewide Advertising Campaign is designed to encourage unemployed and underemployed working adults to enroll in community and technical colleges to enhance employability and earning potential, and support higher FAFSA/WASFA completion rates.

The audience is:

  • Unemployed or underemployed adults who want to upgrade their skills and/or get a degree who want to take a step forward in their lives by upgrading their skills and knowledge — whether they want to train for a career or transfer to a university
  • Focus on underrepresented populations, including people of color and men
  • Ages 19-45
  • Personal income of $97,000 or less for a family of four
  • Considering going to college in the near future
