Advertising Toolkit: Nontraditional Career Fields
Using Washington state's Centers of Excellence as its "hook", the Nontraditional Career Fields Advertising Toolkit uses videos to promote enrollment among genders who don't traditionally enroll in programs related to each center's area of expertise. This would encourage, for example, men to go into nursing and education, and women to pursue careers in construction and information technology.
