Consumer Protection (Title IV) Student Complaint Process
The federal Higher Education Act prohibits colleges from misrepresenting educational programs, financial charges or employability of its graduates. SBCTC handles the complaint review process for Washington state public community and technical college students.
- For students: To submit a complaint, please create an account though the SBCTC Consumer Protection Title IV Student Complaint Portal
- For colleges: Official notification statement for use in student publications and college websites
