Campus housing — whether an apartment or residence hall —is more than just a place for students to sleep.

While only a small number of Washington state’s public community and technical colleges offer campus housing, the issues housing administrators face are the same as those at large universities: student safety, intercultural and interpersonal relations, recreation, student learning, community-building, as well as day-to-day business and administrative matters.
