Asbestos and Hazardous Material Abatement
Funds are set aside each biennium for asbestos and hazardous material abatement. These funds are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Colleges may request reimbursement for abatement costs (including design and testing fees, sales tax).

Emergency Projects
Each biennium, funds are set aside for larger emergency projects to augment Repairs and Minor Improvement (RMI) funds. Colleges are expected to participate in project costs. The documents below outline the required materials and request process.
