Suggested locations to add as your ctcLink Favorites:

  • Report Manager: Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Report Manager
  • Process Monitor: Main Menu > People Tools > Process Scheduler > Process Monitor
  • WorkCenters for each module you are working in. Personalize to include:
    • Update the functions you are doing in My Work
    • Update the Links you frequently use
    • Update the reporting you frequently use
    • Update the queries you frequently use
  • Query: Main Menu > Reporting Tools > Query (another navigation option)
