INACTIVE WAIVER: Waiver of nonresident tuition differential for deaf students attending Seattle Central College.
Fee pay status: 37 (inactive)
Seattle Central College may waive all or a portion of the nonresident differential for up to 40 percent of the students enrolled in the Regional Education Program for deaf students as long as federal funding for the Program continues.
Nonresident differential is the difference between resident tuition (operating and building fees) and nonresident tuition (operating and building fees).
