40.40.20 Capital Asset Title and Reporting

When a college district has absolute title to a capital asset, it must be included in both the annual financial statements and the capital asset inventory system.

When the college district possesses assets which an external entity (most frequently the federal government) retains a residual value, the capital must be included in the capital asset inventory system.
