Grant budget and fiscal information for many of those grants is provided here. This information is not intended to be all-inclusive. Program funding that is allocated to community and technical colleges are not included in the resources on this page.

Online Budget and Invoicing System (OBIS)
Access the Online Budget and Invoicing System (OBIS) to submit budget revisions and invoices for existing grants.
OBIS requires permission to access. It allows funded organizations to review grant budgets, invoice for reimbursement, and ask for budget modifications online.
Contact your organization's OBIS Security Contact(s) to get access. OBIS security contacts can also make changes to contact information on existing grants in OBIS.
Budget Revisions
Organizations submitting budget revision requests in OBIS should follow this budget revision guidance.
Time and Effort Reporting
Organizations that receive federally-funded grants or funds used as match for federally-funded grants require time and effort reporting. Download the Time and Effort Reporting Guidelines.
