Peninsula College trustees approve budget, bargaining agreement

enrollment in the spring quarter was 30 percent higher than in spring 2023. New bachelor,
cybersecurity and natural resources programs contributed to the increase, she said.

When Guadalupe Torres walked across the graduation stage Friday, she received an associate
degree on top of her high school diploma. Torres was born in Toppenish and grew up
