Washington Watch: Input on ED’s upcoming rulemaking sessions
Responding to the U.S. Education Department’s (ED) solicitation for input on upcoming
negotiated-rulemaking sessions, the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC)
has presented both live and written comments on the topics ED has identified. The
Higher Education Act (HEA) requires ED to establish negotiated-rulemaking committees
in implementing any rules under the Title IV student aid programs.

House debt plan would mean Higher Ed spending cuts
