No matter how long it's been since your education was interrupted, you can get back on track with our Basic Education for Adults classes. You'll learn the skills you need to succeed inside and outside the classroom. Congratulations on taking the first step!
Students enroll in Basic Education for Adults for all sorts of reasons. Some want to get a strong foundation in basic reading, writing and math skills so they can pursue college. Others want to move up at work or get a better job. Many students want to learn how to speak English. Whatever your goal is, our programs can help you get there.
Want to earn your GED?® We've got GED-preparation classes and testing centers all over the state. Adults can also finish up their high school diplomas at community and technical colleges.
If you are 16 years old or older and a Washington state resident, you'll pay $25 for most classes. Some colleges even waive that fee altogether. Additional costs, including books, are not covered.
